Founder & Managing Recruiter
Josh founded Noble Talent Co. in early 2020. He has 16+ years of recruiting experience working with the most awarded and recognized talent, and organizations nationwide. Prior to founding Noble Talent Co., he worked for a leading global creative recruitment search firm and led talent acquisition efforts across disciplines at Arnold Worldwide and McKinney. He also worked as a Technical Recruiter for IBM and as a Division Director and Recruiter for The Creative Group and Robert Half Technology. He received a BFA in Fine Arts from The University of Dayton.
Josh enjoys spending as much time as possible with his wife Kristen and their children, Jackson (12), Lainey (11), and John Lincoln (6).
